[NEWS] INFINITE's Sunggyu and Woohyun to Make Debut as Musical Actors

The trendy idol INFINITE members Sungkyu and Woohyun will be expanding their careers and revealed to make debut as musical actors.

In a press release on December 27th, the promoter Rang Korea announced that Sungkyu and Woohyun will rotate the role of "Jiyong" alongside musical actor Jung Wonyoung in the musical "Gwanghwamun Love Story". The show is set to premiere at the LG Art Center in Seoul on February 7th, and run until March 11th of next year.

Sungkyu and Woohyun expressed their excitement, "We will prepare really hard to play the role of Jiyong and we are excited since this will be the first time for both of us to expand our careers into musicals."

"Gwanghwamun". which is a musical tribute to late composer Lee Younghun, is a love triangle story between Sanghoon. Hyunwoo and Yeojoo set in the 1980s.

Meanwhile, INFINITE will be holding their first-ever solo concert "Second Invasion" for two days from February 11th to 12th at the Olympic Park Handball Arena in Seoul. The group will then head to Tokyo for the Japanese leg of the concert on February 25th and 26th.
