[NEWS] Teen Top to perform a remix version of “Going Crazy”

Group Teen Top will be performing remix versions of “Going Crazy“.

Brave Brothers has decided to turn the song “Going Crazy” into a remix, treating it as if they were creating a whole new song. With the work of Brave Brothers, Teen Top’s “Going Crazy” has been reborn with the addition of an R&B and dubstep style.

The boys will also create a whole new performance to go along with the dubstep.

Fans will be able to witness their new performances during KBS‘ ‘Music Bank‘, MBC‘s ‘Music Core‘, and SBS‘ ‘Inkigayo‘ on the 24th, 25th, and 26th respectively.

[NEWS] Brave Girls hold a showcase with Teen Top as their guest performers

The Brave Girls have comeback with their new mini album ‘Re-Issue’, and recently held a showcase at a club in Nonghyundong on February 22nd, along with additional performances by Teen Top!

 The girls received much love and positive feedback from the audience as they belted out their title track, “Nowadays You”, a song produced by one of Korea’s top hit-makers, Brave Brothers. The catchy electro-pop track, which has reached the top of some music charts and was also one of the most searched for terms, incorporates a variety of elements such as the heavy drum beat along, and the rhythmical guitar riffs.

Teen Top featured as special guests during the showcase to help cheer on the girls for their new comeback, with their performance of “Going Crazy”, a song also produced by Brave Brothers.

Brave Girls described the concept this time around as “Mannish style” as they’re sporting a more androgynous look. Fittingly, they expressed that they “think of it as competing against boy groups rather than girl groups” for this comeback promotion.

In related news, Brave Girls made their first music program appearance earlier today through ‘Mnet’s M! Countdown’.

TEEN TOP‘s L.Joe and Chunji have shared their baby photos through TEEN TOP’s official me2day page.

On February 21st, L.Joe wrote, “Look at little L.Joe showing off his muscles!! It’s a little awkward seeing myself as a child again. But you’re going to show some love for little rascal L.Joe too, right?”

Chunji mused, “You’re not disappointed seeing this photo, are you? I don’t know if I was about to cry or whine. This is me Chunji, practicing my facial expressions since childhood.”

Later, fellow group member Niel responded to their photos by writing, “Ahh baby photos of L.Joe & Chunji kekeke… little Niel was way cuter!”

[NEWS] MBLAQ and TEEN TOP to be featured at NOEL's concert.

After a five year hiatus with army enlistments and solo activities, vocal group Noel has recently made their comeback with "I Miss You". The group is now planning to hold a special Valentine Day concert, and finally announced their guest lineup.

According to the group's agency, ITM Entertainment, Noel will kick off its "Noel Valentine Day Sweet Proposal" concert at the Yonsei University on February 10th and 11th. The group will have a powerhouse lineup, which includes MBLAQ, TEEN TOP, Hong Kyungmin and Navi to its guest list.

Idol groups MBLAQ and TEEN TOP are currently taking the airwaves, hitting the top spots of weekly music programs. While Navi, who is housed under Noel's agency, invited Noel to her latest concert which took place last September.

[NEWS] TEEN TOP achieving 'Triple Crown' in 3 Broadcast Stations!

Teen Top achieved 1st place in all 3 broadcasts: Triple Crown, through their title song ‘Crazy’. 

The recent release of their 2nd mini album; through Crazy, Teen Top who has been actively promoting, won their first on KBS 2TV ‘Music Bank K-Chart’ on 3rd Feb. On 4th of February at MBC ‘Show! Music Core’, performing the ending stage demonstrated their popularity. In addition on 5th February SBS ‘Inkigayo’, won Mutizen Song and expressed their enthusiasm after wiping out 1st place in all 3 broadcasting stations. 

Teen Top who debuted in July 2010 with Clap, showed their splendid performances through ‘Supa Luv’ ‘Don’t Spray Perfume On You’ and only within 2 years did they attain Triple Crown on music shows and rose to become influential idols. 

After winning Inkigayo Mutizen Song, Teen Top expressed their gratitude through Twitter and Me2day saying, “To everyone who cheered and congratulated us today, we would like to once again thank everyone. We will always continue to be a Teen Top who isn’t anxious yet modest and hardworking.”

[NEWS] TEEN TOP’s agency, T.O.P. Media, receives complaints from parents

T.O.P. Media has revealed that they are receiving several complaints a day from parents of teenage girls.

TEEN TOP made their comeback with ”Going Crazy” recently, and parents are claiming that their children are literally going crazy over the idols. Reportedly, their children have been leaving home early in morning to catch the boys’ performances on music programs.

Exasperated parents have been calling the company to complain, with comments that include: “They wake up in the early morning to wait in line for TEEN TOP’s performances, but because public transportation doesn’t start that early, we have to take them ourselves.” “They say that they have to go with their friends because they don’t know the way to the broadcast station. Please make the check-in time later.” “Ever since TEEN TOP’s comeback, they’ve been trading in their weekends to leave for the broadcast station at 7 a.m.” 

In response, T.O.P. Media officials stated, “Since our main fanbase is still in their teens, we get a lot of calls from their parents. Our telephone lines are about to be paralyzed with these high number of calls. Before, parents used to be wary or were against their children being involved in fandom activity, but they’re actually more involved themselves now. We’re just glad that they’re not calling us for issues like running away from home.”

Recently, TEEN TOP’s 2nd mini album title track “Crazy” has been caught up in cuss word controversy.

On January 10th, through me2day and Twitter, TEEN TOP have personally stepped out and clarified the issue wittily which garnered attention amongst netizens.

L.Joe who was in charge of the rap in the title track “Crazy” which was the root of the controversy, left a clarification filled with aegyo. “I think there were many people who got a shock~ while listening to my rap But don’t worry it’s not a cuss word!! I’ll pay attention to pronounce my rap accurately. If you’re feeling unhappy or annoyed, please don’t only cheer faster for that part during ‘Crazy’”

Following which Changjo added wittily “I‘ll be watching over LJOE who is rapping with our fans!! Right then in recent event, as you listen to Teen Top’s ‘Crazy’, shall we try to accurately pronounce it? ke LIKE!! heck!!”

Netizens who saw these gave a variety of response “Because of the cuss word controversy I listened to the song and it seems like that part is very addictive” “Really cute of L.Joe and Changjo to leave such words for fans who are worried”, “I don’t know why but I think there’re going to many parodies of this part”

A photo of TEEN TOP’s Niel in the midst of being punished by Andy has aroused curiosity as to what had happened.

MBC “Idol Athletics Competition” gathered attention as it was the first variety show that both the youngest member of Shinhwa and TEEN TOP appeared together on. The selca of Shinhwa’s youngest member Andy and TEEN TOP’s Niel was revealed on 9th January.

In the photo, Andy was punishing Niel and seems to be in the middle on correcting him. Niel who was being punished had his two hands in the air with balloons in his hands, giving laughter. Andy displayed his care for his juniors from the point of a senior “Niel ah! Do better!”.

On January 6th, boy group TEEN TOP revealed a new photo taken with 4minute‘s Sohyun at their film set for “Going Crazy“.
Writing through their me2day, the boys wrote: “Revealing our group photo, taken at the filming set of ‘Going Crazy’~ It was awkward and we were nervous when the filming started, but it was only for a short moment!!! It was a fun recording that helped us forget the cold weather~”

[NEWS] Teen Top’s 2nd mini album was leaked hours before its release!

It was recently reported that Teen Top‘s second mini album, ‘It’s‘ was leaked approximately four hours before its official release.
The album was initially set to be released on January 5th at midnight, however, contents of the album were already leaked to the public, four hours earlier.
According to Teen Top’s entertainment company, T.O.P . Media, the album was posted on both domestic and foreign illegal file-sharing sites on January 4th at 8PM KST.  The album files were especially distributed largely throughout the personal blogs of foreign users and spread rapidly as within just 10 minutes of the album’s leak, the contents gathered thousands of clicks.
Furthermore, the title track, “Crazy” was provided with English lyrics for the convenience of international fans, causing even more problems.
T.O.P. Media expressed, “We are currently investigating these foreign blog posts, file sharing sites and more to determine the accurate path of the leaked content“.
Despite the leak, Teen Top has been enjoying a strong start as they recently placed first on Music site, Cyworld.

[NEWS] TEEN TOP’s L. Joe asks 4minute’s Sohyun to be his girlfriend?

Last week, 4minute‘s maknae Sohyun shared a photo taken with TEEN TOP‘s L. Joe from the set of TEEN TOP’s “Going Crazy” music video. Some speculated that the photo was an actual couple shot, since the two were sitting cozily side-by-side.

Fortunately, the mystery was solved after TEEN TOP released their new music video today. In the video, L. Joe plays the love interest of Sohyun, who refuses his confession at first. She accepts it later on when they’re alone, calling L. Joe “Stupid” and chiding him for asking her to be his girlfriend in front of his friends.

To commemorate the MV’s release, L. Joe shared a new photo with Sohyun from the set along with the tweet, “Babo~ (Stupid). Do you want to be my girl friend?”
